Le fromage bleu

Why do I love bleu cheese so much?  No, really—why?  I don't get it.  I used to think the stuff was nasty, back in the day, but this was also back in the same day when I hated anything made with whole grains.  Taste buds are curious things.

So, for the first time in my life, believe it or not, I have finally tried frozen grapes.  Frozen grapes!  I love how there's that moment when you first bite into a frozen grape and your gums go YOWTCH from the searing cold and then suddenly the grape juices melt and HOORAY it's a party in your mouth and a grape was invited.  Ooee, I just love it.

Can you tell I just went grocery shopping yesterday? Garlic rosemary crackers are FAB.  Pearl tomatoes are fab, and doubly fab when you wrap each tomato in some fresh basil.  Oh, man, I'm hungry...and I didn't really have a proper lunch...gah.  I'd get something now, but I'm going to Ammo tonight, so I need to save room.  Alas, my existence is so difficult.

I was obsessed with blue cheese dressing for a good 4 years and put it on everything. Oddly, I have never had blue cheese on it's own. The mold part of it puts me off. Not that it's there, but that I can see it's there.

Are frozen grapes really that good? (My brothers & dad are of the opinion that all good food is even better if it's froze. I've round very random things in the freezer...)

Oh, and tell me if Ammo is good, I'm curious, but not yet curious enough to run right over there and try it this week. Maybe next week.

Bleu cheese dressing is way fab. As for eating the cheese on its own, close yours eyes as you put it in your mouth. The mold you can't see can't hurt you, right? Right.

As for the frozen foods thing, yeah, I'd try it if I were you. I've heard the recommendation of using them in fruity drinks instead of ice cubes, which makes sense to me. I also know people who love frozen candy bars, which I've yet to try -- you'll have to let me know how that turns out.

And I'll definitely fill you in on Ammo. Speaking of good food places, try Nook for your next expensive occasion. It's fantastic!
